We got a family room instead of the standard room we booked. the air conditioning worked very well (a must in this climate!). i found the hotel massive and maintained well. the aqua park was so good. I was able to enjoy the slides as well.
the wifi signal could be stronger in some areas.

i enjoyed the beautiful, clean resort. it has great facilities , made my vacation relaxing. pools, restaurants, and entertainment areas were well maintained. the atmosphere felt very cute.
i noticed one staff member's behavior was inappropriate, requiring management intervention.

the staff were friendly enough, i guess.
One of the staff members, eslam by the main pool, made me uncomfortable. he asked to meet outside the hotel and took me to a dark bar where he acted inappropriately. he also took my phone and wrote a fake review on tripadvisor. This is not a genuine review
